If more than one authentication method (Authentication Connection) is available, user will need to specify which one he wants to use to log in on the selector page, but only on the first time when user requests access.

Upon first time selecting a preferred authentication method, a cookie will be saved on the user’s machine. Next time he requests access; the system will look at this cookie and assume that he wants to log in again using the same authentication method as before. The user can of course clear all cookies from his machine to access the selector page again.

When working in Windows 8 with Metro interface, if OCES/NemID Authentication Connection is selected, the user will be asked to switch to Desktop interface before logging on as Java is only supported in Desktop mode.
